That's why we trust your deliveries under 31.5 kg exclusively to our logistics partners Austrian Post, DPD, GLS and UPS.
All forwarding deliveries for products over 31.5 kg are primarily carried out by ourselves "Pianoart Transporte" and our premium forwarding agent partners.
The following applies to all deliveries: Delivery is made to the delivery address you specify in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
For Goods under 31.5 kg the Delivery by parcel service by a shipping service provider of our choice. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as your ordered goods have left our piano store and you can track the delivery using the tracking number of the respective parcel service.
With Forwarding deliveries (upright, grand and electric pianos over 31.5 kg) we will arrange a delivery date with you by telephone after sending you the order confirmation.
Please pay attention for appointments to meet this deadline or, if necessary, to agree an alternative date in good time: Should the delivery of the goods fail for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result.
You will find the exact weight details of all products within the product description or we will inform you again about the type of delivery in your order confirmation.

Note on forwarding deliveries - concerning floors / freight elevator / special delivery
For normal Floors/staircases, for piano and grand piano transportation in width, height and curves suitable If the instruments are not on the same floor, there are variable costs - depending on the floor - which you will be informed of when you enter your address including floors in the "Checkout" area. The exact dimensions of the instruments can be found in the product description.
If you have a Elevator/cargo elevator If you do not have a freight elevator that is approved for the size and weight of the instrument of your choice, please enter this information in the "Order note" field. After checking the delivery situation, we will change the delivery to "ground level delivery" if the freight elevator can be used and reduce the transport costs accordingly before invoicing.
If you have a Difficult delivery situation e.g. a staircase/storey that is suitable in width, height and curves for piano and grand piano transportation. not suitable please send us an "inquiry" before ordering. We will get back to you as soon as possible and check your delivery situation together with you (e.g. on the basis of images etc.) and prepare a cost estimate for this separate invoice according to the circumstances.

* Self-collection / collection from Pianoart
You can pick up the goods (except acoustic and hybrid upright and grand pianos) at our piano store, Haller Straße 41, 6020 Innsbruck. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
Please note: If you wish to collect the goods yourself, this must be indicated in the shopping cart as the last step under "Collect from Pianoart" when ordering online.
As soon as the goods are ready for collection, you will receive information from us by e-mail.
* Vouchers
We send the vouchers either by post or by e-mail to the delivery address specified in the order, depending on the customer's wishes. In both cases, no delivery costs will be charged for orders placed by 31.12.2025.
* 0% Financing
0% financing is only available in Austria and cannot be combined with current promotions or free delivery.
