Your new or used upright or grand piano will be serviced, cleaned, optimized and tuned for you in our workshop and delivered to your new home with a guarantee (depending on the model).
The manufacturer's warranty for new pianos is usually 5 years. As we are convinced of our instruments and know and appreciate their quality, we offer an additional 5-year Klavierhaus warranty free of charge for labeled new upright and grand pianos in addition to the manufacturer's warranty, and since September 2024 you have a 7-year warranty on labeled instruments for our premium pre-owned pianos.
