Your payment options

From classic and modern to exclusive. Simple in every case. With us, you are guaranteed to find a payment method that suits you:

* Payment in advance by bank transfer

* Payment by cash on delivery

* Payment by STRIPE (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, JCB, Diners Club)

* Payment by credit card via Stripe

Payment in advance by bank transfer

You will receive a second e-mail from us within five days of your order (the first e-mail is an automatic confirmation of receipt of your order) with an order confirmation and our bank details.

After receiving this "order confirmation", please transfer the invoice amount directly to our bank account. Please use the order number as the reason for payment. The payment is immediately after conclusion of the contract = receipt of the order confirmation including invoice. The goods cannot be dispatched without full payment of the invoice amount.

As a thank you for your prepayment by bank transfer we grant an additional discount of 1 %, which we will deduct from your invoice.

Payment by cash on delivery

For Orders up to € 2,500 applies to payment by cash on delivery:

Payment of the invoice is made in full on delivery by cash on delivery to the parcel and delivery service.

For Orders over € 2,500 applies to payment by cash on delivery:

You will receive an invoice for 50% deposit after order confirmation. After receiving the "order confirmation", please transfer the invoice amount directly to our bank account. Please use the order number as the reason for payment. Payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract = receipt of the order confirmation including invoice. The goods cannot be dispatched without full payment of the down payment invoice amount. The balance of the invoice (50%) is payable on delivery by cash on delivery to the parcel and delivery service or forwarding agent.

The additional costs incurred by the parcel and delivery service as a result of the "cash on delivery" payment method will be charged additionally and collected separately by the shipping service providers (Post, UPS and forwarding agents) upon delivery.

Please note our GTC (5.3.): If the delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller. Postponements are possible up to 24 hours before the planned delivery date.

Payment by STRIPE (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Apple Pay)

If a payment method offered via the "Stripe" payment service is selected, the payment is processed via the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland (hereinafter "Stripe"). The individual payment methods offered via Stripe are communicated to the customer in the online store. Stripe may use other payment services to process payments, for which special payment terms may apply, to which the customer may be informed separately. Further information on Stripe can be found on the Internet at https://stripe.com/de available.

Payment by credit card via STRIPE

If the payment method credit card via Stripe is selected, the invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. Payment is processed by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as "Stripe"). Stripe reserves the right to carry out a credit check and to reject this payment method if the credit check is negative.

Payment by cash

Cash payment is possible directly at Pianoart, Haller Straße 41, 6020 Innsbruck, for the following applications (1. and 2.).

1. all piano store purchases on site, by e-mail and telephone.

2. online store - orders that you collect from our piano store yourself.

Please note: The request for self-collection must be specified in the online store order in the shopping cart as the last step under "Pick up at Pianoart". Acoustic and hybrid upright and grand pianos cannot be collected by the customer. As soon as the goods are ready for collection, you will receive information from us by e-mail.

Prices

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the prices quoted are cash prices that include statutory VAT.

Additionally incurred Delivery costs and shipping costs are listed in the respective product description noted separately. You can see the delivery costs by clicking on the wording "plus shipping" next to the product price in our delivery and shipping conditions and the total amount of your order - including delivery and shipping costs - will be displayed on the last page "Checkout" after entering your address before you confirm your order.
