Conditions of participation EASTER COMPETITION:

The closing date for the competition is 15.04.2025 at 10.00 am. Persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Participation in the competition is only possible once. Participation is not dependent on the purchase of a product. This competition is in no way connected to Instagram and Facebook and will be conducted exclusively via our Instagram channel https://www.instagram.com/klavierhaus-pianoart/ and Facebook profile https://www.facebook.com/pianoart.at/ and website www.pianoart.at/gewinnspiele.

The organizer of this competition is the Piano store Pianoart, Haller Straße 41, 6020 Innsbruck/Mühlau. We are giving away a new YAMAHA P-225 Home Set in black, a new Roland GO:KEYS 3 in red and a new Yamaha PSR E-283 in black.

For organizational reasons, only persons who have completed their data in full and are resident in Austria, Germany and Italy can take part in the prize draw.

The winner will be determined by drawing, which will take place on 16.04.2025 at 12.00 noon.

We will then notify the winner by telephone or e-mail. If the winner does not contact us within the period specified in the winner notification, Pianoart reserves the right to draw the prize again from the remaining participants and to allocate it exclusively to the new winner.

The prize will be handed over at Klavierhaus Pianoart by appointment or by other arrangement, or by delivery, from 17.04.2025. Cash redemption or exchange is not possible. Legal recourse is excluded. We reserve the right to make any changes to the competition.
